We are looking for a few good people with all or most of the following:
= Ex owner/manager of a successful business is a PLUS
= The only question you want to ask us is “What do “I” need to do here to be successful?”
= Positive mindset at all times and a professional attitude.
= Trainable and willing to take the mandatory training program prior to a commission based pay plan.
= Financially able to start this new career (on average it takes new brokers 90 days to make their first commission)
= Austin/Central Texas resident for a minimum of 3 years
